Program Facilitator

Mentor. Inspire. Create impact through the arts.
Program Facilitators help bridge creativity, wellness, and mentorship within our enrichment and community programs. Facilitators may support instruction in songwriting, voice, instruments, production, performance coaching, multimedia arts, or wellness-centered creative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist creative workshops and sessions

  • Encourage participant engagement and confidence

  • Support program structure and classroom management

  • Assist with showcases, rehearsals, and special events

  • Foster a positive and uplifting environment

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in music, arts, education, youth development, or mentoring

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Positive energy and team-oriented mindset

  • Passion for helping people grow through creativity

Bonus Skills

  • Piano, guitar, vocals, production, engineering, media, songwriting, or performance experience

  • Experience working with youth or individuals with unique needs
