About the Role
Project1 Music Group is a new kind of creative wellness environment. One where music therapy can extend beyond the clinical space and into real-world experiences.
We welcome board-certified music therapists who are passionate about innovation, community impact, and helping individuals discover confidence through the art of music. At P1MG, therapists work alongside creatives, facilitators, producers, educators, and families to create experiences that are engaging, culturally relevant, and deeply meaningful.

Responsibilities May Include:
- Facilitate individual and group music therapy sessions
- Develop and implement creative wellness and enrichment activities
- Incorporate songwriting, recording, and performance into appropriate programming
- Support participants in developing confidence and creative expression
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
- Support participant showcases, performances, and live events
- Contribute to an engaging, culturally relevant, and supportive environment
- Assessments and document participant progress in accordance with applicable professional standards and program requirements
Requirements
Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC)
Ability to create and facilitate music
Ability to conduct assessments and complete documentation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Recording and production experience
